What is the mechanical difference between an aftermarket NH35/36 and a factory Seiko 4R35/36?

Does anyone know anything about the aftermarket about this?

What I currently researched so far and I personally think its the right answer:

Mechanically speaking, they are nearly identical workhorses. The NH series is produced by Time Module Inc. (TMI), a Seiko subsidiary, for third-party use, while the 4R series is reserved for branded Seiko watches.

The primary differences are the branding stamped on the rotor and a tiny variance in jewel counts on specific older iterations (some NH35s have 23 jewels while 4R35s typically have 24). They are completely interchangeable regarding hands, dials, and stems.
