I've always wondered what goes on behind the scenes of a watch business.

For those who work in the industry, what are some of the more interesting or challenging parts of the job? How do you deal with customers, repairs, sourcing parts, and pricing?

A lot of planning on a actual white board and many linking brainstorms going to each other and expanding everyday and learning new things as you gone along I am still a rookie but I have taken apart and restored about 10 watches so far three was a complete failure another 2 was broken on inside, 4 had broken jewels sp a easy replace and the last one was the fix I enjoyed to work on it went so smoothly and effortless it was also most like love!
